Max Gilgenmann

Max Gilgenmann (he/him) is a renown sustainability expert, advisor and facilitator with a focus on fashion and textiles. Together with Magdalena Schaffrin, he co-founded studio MM04, a leading Berlin-based strategy and communication consultancy that works with private and public sector clients to implement integrative sustainability impact. Max and Magdalena also co-created and co-directed the trade show hub NEONYT and are now the organisers of ‘202030 – The Berlin Fashion Summit’. They are also co-founders of ‘VORN – The Berlin Fashion Hub’, Germany’s first hub for the journey towards a net positive fashion industry. Further more Max is a frequent speaker and moderator at events, and regularly serves as expert jury member for organisations like Fashion Council Germany, Hult Prize or Techtextil & Texprocess. He is acts as co-chairperson for the non-profit NGOs Fashion Revolution Germany e.V. and Drip by Drip e.V..
