Haniya is the founder of Project Kamyabi, an organization empowering marginalized women through skills development and basic literacy. She has studied Economics, Political Science, and Non-profit Management from the University of Houston. She has recently moved to Pakistan from the US, where she has worked in the retail industry, and non-profits such as the United Nations Association, Ten Thousand Villages and the Hashoo Foundation. She's also worked on the 2016 US Presidential campaign for Senator Bernie Sanders because she's a strong proponent of workers rights. This unique mix of for-profit and non-profit means Haniya knows what really works in both worlds. As Country Coordinator for Fashion Revolution Pakistan, Haniya is applying this experience towards creating sustainable solutions to the world of ethical fashion.

Saud is one of the founding members of Fashion Revolution Pakistan. He has studied Management and Marketing at Kingston University in London and has worked within the UK’s retail industry for over 4 years before moving to Pakistan to start his own clothing business. That is when he felt the need of a local organisation that ensures transparency within the fashion supply chain. Saud is a marketer by profession and is currently heading the marketing department at one of the world’s leading Programmatic Advertising company. He is also a board member at Fair Trade Pakistan and has worked with the local government to increase the minimum wage to a living wage and is continuing to do so.
