👕Do you have clothes that you love but when you try them on, you remember that they are unstitched, have a torn pocket, or a hole that has never been patched? Same!!!!
🧵 We invite you to a Saturday afternoon having tea and repairing our clothes. We will talk about sustainable fashion, circular brands and share mending and embroidering techniques that will help us enjoy our clothes for longer. And by chatting, maybe we can also mend the world a little!
📢💡 Mending Tea Barcelona is part of the first Mend in Public Day and organized by Fashion Impact Movement (Impact Hub Barcelona) and La Originaria, with the collaboration of Upcycling Barcelona.
👉🏼 Mending Tea Barcelona is a free activity. Places are limited to 20 people.
Materials for manual repairing are included (scissors, needles and threads). Bring your clothes and your necessary items to work. You can bring your own sewing kit!
