Cleanliness: The clothing should be clean, with no odors, and free from excessive dirt, pet hair, or allergens.
Elastic and Buttons: Elastic should retain its stretch, and buttons, snaps, and closures should be intact and functional
Quality of Material: The material should be of decent quality, without significant thinning or fraying.
Overall Appearance: The garment should have a presentable appearance, with no signs of excessive wear or use.
