Founded in 2016, Malia Indigo is a Nonprofit Canadian organization dedicated to Plus Size Fashion. We advocate and promote inclusion and diversity in Fashion. Our ultimate goal is creating a platform to celebrate the unique beauty of all individuals, encouraging everyone to feel accepted and celebrated.
Awarded by CBC in 2018 as one of the most innovative businesses in the GTA, we have set out a mission to connect the Plus fashion industry locally and internationally.
In 2022, Malia Indigo received a recognition from the House of Commons of Canada for its impact in the community.
Malia Indigo is the producer of the successful Toronto Plus Size Fashion Show and Paris Plus Size Show. These events have won the hearts of our supporters and made a noticeable impact on the fashion community.
We host Plus Size Fashion Workshops that provide tools to aspiring models to break into the industry and build self-confidence.
Through our actions and events, we have brought a noticeable change to the fashion industry in Canada.
