Who Made My Clothes? | Pop Up Photo Booth

Within Scotland we will be hosting a Pop Up exhibition titled “What Made My Clothes?” at the Lighthouse, Glasgow. This will exhibit will showcase sixteen reclaimed garments, the average amount disposed of annually by per person (WRAP, 2013) to support cherishability we will demonstrate a rich mix of techniques for refashioning items within your own wardrobe.

The successful costume designer and sewing teacher Iona Barker will deliver a short master class(3pm – 4pm) demonstrating how to give back life to old clothes.

Take your chance to ask well known brands #whomademyclothes by sharing a selfie using social media via our Photo Booth that will include a ‘Fashion Tardis’ for styling and transforming your outfit ensemble before staring in your own photo shoot.

We will also be initiating a secret Fash Mob on Glasgow’s busy high street. Follow us via twitter and Facebook for further announcements.
