‘The True Cost’ Screening and Director Q&A | Canberra Australia

Come and join the screening of ‘The True Cost’ on April 24. The documentary will be screened on the 4th anniversary of the Rana Plaza factory collapse in Bangladesh, which prominently features in the film.

The film serves as a stimulant to encourage consideration of the issues of sweatshops, ethical consumerism, complex supply chains, and alternatives. After the documentary screening, the film’s director, Andrew Morgan will speak (via video conferencing), and talk about his motives for the documentary and the key themes it addresses, as well as answering any questions.

There will be popcorn and drinks provided.

Tickets are free but please RSVP through the Eventbrite link! Doors open at 6.
