How the clothes we wear tell about us? Very. Between two strangers dress tells a lot more than words can make and in less time, maybe that’s why we buy many, so we buy a lot because they help to better deal with the different situations in which we find ourselves.
In addition to cover us, to make us feel part of a group, the clothes enhance our lives, in a kind of fun game halfway between personal expression and original and their dress function. From here everything is fine, but with the ‘fast fashion’ that made possible the purchase of clothing a little money, something has changed, it has generated a frenzy of buying and our closets were filled with clothes that we needed not that do not donated, it seemed like a bargain but it was not, then we threw them and throw them have contributed to the accumulation of textile waste difficult to dispose of penalizing the environment, regardless of who made those clothes and in what conditions.
The solution? The recycling of textile waste is no longer sufficient, serves the awareness of what we wear, the quality of materials, the work behind a dress, people, what really values us and that does not penalize the environment and people. Each of us can do something, together we can change a lot for our benefit and for the benefit of future generations.
